The front desk, but I just wanted to enjoy the show. Later when Ben finally began refreshing the empty lemonade glasses towards the end of the performance, he informed me that they were out of hummus. I finally gave up worrying, and focused on the show. When the next course came, I reminded Ben for the third time that I was gluten free and that he'd forgotten the hummus and veggies. I asked a sales person and she quickly dismissed me and said tell your waiter, before I could tell her I couldn't find him. When Ben tried to plop bread on my plate, I reminded him I'll need the gluten free option. I am gluten free and notified at the ticket booth, and notified our waiter (Ben) before the show. I wish I could have heard the story line, but it was a garble of old English and echoing acoustics. The horses are rare in the US, and are from Spain- absolutely gorgeous and well trained. Our equestrian family loved the horses and stuntsmen. My birthday was in May when we originally scheduled our reservation, but due to 2 out of 3 in our party getting Covid, we responsibly rescheduled early, with a fee. We enjoyed our 3pm performance on Saturday 6/17 at Medieval Times.
